We are in need of a notebook rental and projector notebook rentals.

I work for a company that needs to rent a notebook in a city they're traveling to for a presentation. They don't want to transport their own equipment so I need to find projector notebook rentals and a notebook rental for them. I'm not sure how to rent a notebook or find a place that provides notebook rental, but I better find one fast or my boss isn't going to be pleased. If I can't find projector notebook rentals today on my own, I'm going to have to ask someone else in the office to help me.
